Geneva, we are looking for a committed
Junior Client Advisor who enjoys direct client engagement and is passionate about working in the field of precious metal sales and safe deposit box consulting. Your tasks include:
- Advising and selling precious metals (gold, silver) to private and business customers
- Supporting existing customers
- Advising on safe deposit boxes, secure storage, and duty-free warehouse solutions
- Processing of purchase and sale transactions
- Participating in customer events, trade fairs, and in-house events
- Ensuring compliance with compliance and money laundering regulations in day-to-day business
- Working closely with experienced relationship managers and gaining insights into the international precious metals business
