Client Service Professional with strong administrative skills who is passionate about client engagement both at the point of sale and online.
- Cross-check and match online orders with corresponding bank transfers
- Provide in-store customer service, handling sales and purchase transactions of investment gold and pre-owned gold, ensuring accurate registration in the official police log
- Release purchased gold and silver from the police register and list items for sale in our online shop
- Maintain and update our online shop to ensure accurate product information and availability
- Complete daily closing procedures, including cash register, inventory control and reconciliation of sales and purchase transactions
